Cancellation Policy

Terms & Conditions Booking & Payment Full payment of $350 AUD is required at the time of booking to secure your session. Bookings are not confirmed until payment has been received. Session Format The Wardrobe Reset is a 90-minute virtual styling session conducted via Zoom. The session is focused, outcome-driven, and designed to provide clarity using your existing wardrobe. Cancellations & Rescheduling You may reschedule your session once, provided at least 48 hours’ notice is given. Rescheduling requests made with less than 48 hours’ notice will be treated as a cancellation. Cancellations or no-shows with less than 48 hours’ notice are non-refundable. Late Arrivals If you arrive late to your session, the session will still conclude at the original end time to respect scheduled bookings. Additional time cannot be guaranteed. Scope of Service This session does not include: colour analysis body shape analysis personal shopping written reports or detailed follow-up styling plans Any additional services may be discussed separately. Client Responsibility You agree to attend the session in a suitable environment with access to your wardrobe and a stable internet connection to ensure the best possible experience. Results Disclaimer Styling outcomes are subjective and dependent on existing wardrobe items, personal preferences, and engagement during the session. No specific results can be guaranteed. Intellectual Property All styling advice, frameworks, and concepts shared during the session remain the intellectual property of Style by Sim and may not be reproduced, shared, or resold without written permission. Acceptance of Terms By booking a Wardrobe Reset session, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
